百格十字耐刮擦测试仪用途范围
百格十字刮擦测试仪本仪器适用于各种汽车用内饰材料，如塑料、橡胶、皮革、织物、涂层材料、非涂层材料及其他复合材料等的耐刮擦性能检测。耐刮擦仪是适用各类汽车内饰材料刮擦性能测试仪器，仪器集成国内三个测试标准(五指刮擦法、百格法、塑料刮指刮擦法)。百格十字刮擦测试仪本测试方法是用来测试表面材料抵抗由刮指引起伤害的能力。

三，仪器特征：
1. 仪器由电机驱动机构、刮擦组件、样品夹持固定装置等组成。

百格法刮擦试验本仪器满足多种测试标准，且可根据客户要求自定义试验平台的运动行程、运动速度和往复运动周期。
五，测试原理
百格法刮擦试验：试验目的为检测涂料的耐刻痕脱落性能。普通的百格法为手动测试，操作费时费力。本仪器使用中，通过两个电机驱动，控制划痕的长度、划痕与划痕之间的距离。运动过程为：第yi阶段试验，往复移动平台运动一次(半圈)，气缸使刮擦指抬起，电机带动刮擦指纵向移动一定距离，气缸使刮擦指放下，然后往复移动平台再运动一次(半圈)，气缸使刮擦指抬起，电机带动刮擦指纵向再次移动一定距离，如此反复。当划完指定的条数后，手动将测试板旋转90度，进行第二阶段试验后完成试验。本仪器可以实现划格间距2.0mm，满足标准的要求。

七，常见的测试方法上可以划分为目视的评价方法和仪器的评价方法：

a、颜色变化。有不同的测量方法和考察指标，例如，按照ISO 7724一或其他类似标准规定的方法，采用CIELAB色度空间，在10°观察者、D65照明光源、包含境面光泽成分、积分球测量几何等条件下，用测se差仪测量试验样品刮擦后部位与未刮擦部位的明度变化即明度差△L*，按照ISO 7724-2或其他类似标准规定的方法，采用CIELAB色度空间，在100观察者、D65照明光源、450/00或0°/45°的测量几何等条件下测量试验样品刮擦后部位与未刮擦部位的颜色变化即△L*、△a* ,△h*以及色差△E*。
b、光泽变化。按照ISO 2813或其他类似标准规定的方法，测量试验样品刮擦后部位与未刮擦部位的600或200镜面光泽变化。
