医用口罩防护服合成血液穿透测试仪用于合成血液等液源性液体喷射穿透性能的测定,以评估其安全防护性能。主要用于测试防护服对血液、体液、血液病原体(用Phi-X 174抗菌素测试)、合成血等液体的抗渗透性。适用手套、防护装、外罩、连体工作服、靴子等防护装备的抗液体渗透性能

四,主要用途
 适用于医用口罩防护服防合成血喷溅穿透性能的测定。可供医药检验部门、安全检测部门和科研单位使用。
五,原理
医用面罩样品支撑在试验装置上,在300mm距离将2mL的合成血从内径0.84mm的套管中沿水平方向喷向被测口罩。模拟面罩被穿孔血管血液喷溅的场景,观察口罩另一面合成血液的穿透情况。
  分别以液体喷射速度:450cm/s550 cm/s635 cm/s所对应的液体喷射压力对医用面罩样品进行试验。记录各喷射速度的试验结果,给出医用面罩可接受质量水平限为4对应的zuigao血压。

六,试验步骤
  1,拉住仪器左上方试样夹的拉手,向左方拉下试样夹。将样品(标准中要求样品从预处理室取出60s内进行试验)固定在试样夹上,如果口罩有褶皱,将褶皱展开固定在试样夹上,以保证靶区为单层材料,以样品中心作为试验靶区。合上试样夹。
 2,按开始键,此时,一定量的合成血﹙表面张力﹙0.042±0.002N/m﹚沿水平方向喷向定位靶后方的被测口罩,同时时间定时器开始计时,到设定的喷射时间后,仪器自动停止喷射。
  10s后蜂鸣器响起,按停止按键,注意检查试样的观察面是否有合成血出现。
  3,一次试验结束。如果还需继续试验,重复步骤A-C直至做完全部试验。
  试验全部结束后,将试液箱中的合成血液残液清除干净,换入蒸馏水,清洗整个管路,当喷头喷出清水后,继续将试液罐内的清水全部排净。关闭空压机上出口阀,关闭电源开关。将残液盘洗刷干净,清理干净工作台面,将试液箱中的蒸馏水清除干净。
 4,定位靶试验
  首先,关闭空压机上的出口阀门,将空压机接通电源,待空压机达到预定压力后。切断空压机电源,关闭气源开关,打开出口阀门将仪器左侧的过滤减压阀阀头向上拔起,按照阀头指示,“+”方向为增压,“-”方向为减压调节,使过滤减压阀的压力表显示0.2MPa。安装上定位靶,使定位靶背面与口罩试样间距离为10mm,用定位靶底部导向板上的定位螺钉拧紧定位。
  5,将仪器左侧的气源开关旋到关闭(竖直为关闭),打开电源开关,按下上试液键,注意观察试液盒上方的回水管,回水管有试液流出,即刻按起上试液键。上试液完毕。
  用定位尺确定喷头到面罩的距离为(300±10)mm后,用螺钉将定位靶座固定。
  旋开仪器左侧气源开关(旋钮水平),调节仪器顶端的精密减压阀,按照阀头指示,“+”方向为增压,“-”方向为减压调节,参照表2调整压力表压力,将面板上的喷射时间定时器设定为1min或更长时间,按开始键,松开喷嘴定位螺钉,上下左右调整喷嘴,使喷射出的试液流对准定位靶板上的小孔中心呈直射状,旋紧定位螺钉,按停止键。

  将面板上的喷射时间定时器设定为1s,按开始键,试液喷射1s后停止喷射,用天平称量从喷嘴喷出的液体的质量,确保喷出的液体质量在表2给出的范围内。若不在范围内,可以微调压力值,(液体对准靶孔的方法参照6.2.4)使穿过靶孔的液体质量在表2给出的范围内。
  参考压力表压力与喷射时间的关系见表3,在不同的压力下,调整喷射时间,使连续喷射3次穿过靶孔的液体体积为2mL,对于密度为1.005g/mL的试验用液体,质量为2.01g。若从喷嘴喷射出的液体体积(从放置试样处接出)不是2mL,可以适当调整喷射时间,保证穿过靶孔的液体体积为2mL(试验需准备对应着450 cm/s550 cm/s635 cm/s三种喷射速度的样品三套,按照不同的喷射速度分别进行试验,以评定试样的耐合成血穿透能力),然后按照下述步骤进行试验。
