一、适用范围：
本仪器适用于测试塑料、汽车配件、橡胶、皮革和纺织、电镀、自由拆卸的组件、漆品、印刷图样等产品的耐磨损性能。既能用于评估产品的耐磨性，又能用于评价产品的耐刮伤性(单次或多次刮擦)和颜色的传递性。干磨耗测试、湿磨耗测试均可进行

三、特点：
1、本仪器的磨头能自由浮动，划杆可以作线性运动，这个 " 自由浮动 " 的磨头能沿着样品的轮廓移动，无论样品的轮廓是曲面还是平面的。能测试任何尺寸大小或任何形状的样品，对于带轮廓表面和抛光表面特性产品的磨耗测试极为理想(如：电脑鼠标和其它电脑或IT产品塑胶面漆耐磨性测试)，通用于塑料、汽车配件、橡胶、皮革和纺织、电镀、自由拆卸的组件、漆品、印刷图样等产品。
2、为了使你能模拟真实的使用条件，可设置各种的参数以适应不同的情况。本仪器可设置移动距离、转速、转数、运行时间等参数(注1)。
3、可选择多种不同的磨耗介质和配件。(可选的样品固定台及其它可选配件，配合进行挂上、破损程度测试以及耐酒精测试、耐硬bi刮擦等的测试。)
4、通过选择不同的磨耗介质和配件，磨耗仪能适应客户特定的、精que测试的要求。
一般磨头其大小、形状如同铅笔末端的橡皮擦头，是用高质量的磨耗材质制作而成。能确保测试的稳定性。另外可选择样品固定台与其它附加配件，以适合刮伤、破损程度测定以及耐酒精测试、耐硬bi刮擦等的测定。
四、技术参数：
1、标准移动距离 0.5", 1", 2" 3" 和 4"，特殊移动速度可定制
2、可设置转数。可zui多设置999，999转(注意，磨头橡皮在此期间可能需要更换)。
3、可调移动速度：2～120来回 / 分钟。其中2，15，30，40和60来回/分钟这六个速度是TABER标准测数，本机zui高移动速度是120来回/分种。
4、标准载重范围从 350g 到 2100g ( 一般随机配置 250g 重量的砝码 3 个 )
