摩擦系数测定仪
用途
印刷检测仪器 纸张摩擦系数测定仪是物料表面动/静摩擦系数的一种检测设备,主要用于测量纸张、纸板、纸箱、印刷表面、薄膜薄片、塑料、橡胶、编织袋、织物纤维、通信电缆光缆用金属材料复合带、输送带、木材、涂层、刹车片、雨刷、鞋材、轮胎等材料滑动时的静摩擦系数和动摩擦系数。通过测量材料的滑爽性，可以控制调节材料生产质量工艺指标，满足产品使用要求，从而能正确指导生产。
二，工作原理：
将条状试验样品用夹样器夹住，同时用待测样包住滑块，然后将滑块安放在传感器的挂孔上，在一定的接触压力下，通过电机带动齿条使传感器移动，也就是使两试验表面相对移动。传感器所测得的力信号经过集成器放大，送入记录器，同时分别记录动摩擦系数和静摩擦系数。
